Melissa Hooper has been my Property Manager for the last 3 years or more, in a property I own interstate, up around on the Gold Coast. She has been exceptional in the fact that she is across everything, is practical when addressing requests/issues, and is able to sort out any issue with ease. Being a landlord for a long time (>25 years), and with multiple properties and different property managers, great and effective services like this is becoming harder to find today.
