Commercial Asset Management Announcement
There’s always plenty happening here at Sevenfold Commercial & Advisory, and this month we’re very pleased to have welcomed the asset management portfolio of The Commercial Guys into the Sevenfold family! With over 300 properties coming on board, it expands our current service offering from the Gold Coast up to northern Brisbane and beyond.
Joining us as part of the transition are three experienced property managers, Laura, Chelsea and Krystal, who will continue to manage the properties, owners and tenants they already know.
For us, the move represents a significant expansion of our existing Commercial Asset Management business and adds further experience and depth to the broader commercial team:

More depth across the board
Commercial property management has always been about much more than collecting rent and organising maintenance.
Good asset management means understanding the property, the lease, the tenant and what the owner ultimately wants from the investment. It means staying ahead of rent reviews, options and lease expiries, keeping an eye on income and outgoings, managing tenant relationships and identifying issues early enough to do something about them.
Growing the team gives us greater capacity to do exactly that across more properties throughout south-east Queensland. It also strengthens the connection between Asset Management and the other expertise already sitting within Sevenfold Commercial & Advisory.
A lease expiry, for example, isn’t simply a date in a diary. It can raise questions about market rent, tenant intentions, vacancy risk, improvements to the property or the opportunity to reposition an asset. Having Asset Management, Leasing, Acquisition & Advisory and Development expertise within the same Commercial team means those conversations can happen when they need to.
