Ten five-star Google reviews in a single week is something worth celebrating.
That was the result for our Sunshine Coast property management team recently, with owners and tenants taking the time to share their experience of working with Sevenfold.
For us, the number itself is lovely. What is more useful to you is what sits behind it.
As our property management business continues to grow, so does our team. Maintaining a high standard of service as a portfolio expands takes deliberate effort, good people and a clear idea of what good property management should actually feel like for the people relying on you.

The things that matter are often the simplest.
Property management involves plenty of complexity behind the scenes, but the experience of a good property manager should feel remarkably straightforward.
You should know who is looking after your property. You should be able to get hold of them when you need them. Questions should be answered. Problems should be followed through. And ideally, you shouldn’t have to chase someone to find out what is happening.
These are simple expectations, but consistently delivering on them across hundreds of properties takes a strong team and good systems behind them.
It also takes people who genuinely care about the outcome.
Good property management is proactive
A property manager’s job goes well beyond collecting rent and coordinating maintenance.
They are looking after a significant asset on behalf of an owner, while managing the day-to-day relationship with the people who call that property home.
That means identifying issues early, keeping communication moving, understanding the property and its history, staying across changing requirements and knowing when something needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem.
For an owner, good property management should mean fewer surprises and greater confidence that someone capable is paying attention.
Growing the team as we grow the business
Sevenfold’s property management business has grown significantly, and we continue to invest in the people behind it.
That matters to us.
Growth only works if the service experienced by our clients grows with it. Adding more properties to a portfolio without the people and infrastructure to properly support them isn’t the kind of growth we’re interested in.
We want our property managers to have the capacity to know their portfolios, build relationships with their clients and do their jobs properly.
The ten five-star reviews received by our Sunshine Coast team in one week were a pretty great reminder of what that looks like in practice.
We’re proud of the growth of our property management business. We’re even prouder when the people we work with take the time to tell us we’re getting it right.
